The 392nd Bomb Group Memorial Association honors the legacy of the brave men who served in the 392nd Bomb Group of the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II. Stationed at Wendling Airfield in England, these airmen flew 285 critical bombing missions over Nazi-occupied Europe, sacrificing 832 airmen in the fight for freedom. Today, the Association preserves their memory through education, historical preservation, and commemorative events.
